Terrific Trail Mix






Trail Mix For the road, work and/or school, trail mix is great when you need the extra energy or when you're feeling nibbly.

Here's a quick and easy recipe that's healthy too!

To make this, you will need the following ingredients:
-2 cups of assorted unsalted nuts (I like a combo of pecans, almonds, cashews, and hazelnuts)
-1 cup of assorted dried fruit (I used craisins, raisins, and currents)
-1/2 cup of assorted unsalted seeds (I used pumpkin and sunflower)
-1/4 cup of m & m's (or smarties)

Directions:
1. mix and serve.
2. enjoy!

Note:
The ratio of nuts to fruit and etc. are of course, entirely up to your personal preference.
Also, please remember to store your trail mix in an air tight container for optimum freshness.
